Bring your decision makers! Including everyone is not the way to go when it comes to what you want to wear on the most special day of your life
If you plan on wearing a bra for your big day- bring it. However, almost all of our gowns have cups in them already so a bra isn’t entirely needed. Anything special you plan to wear “day of” (ie: LDS garments, spanx, etc) bring them to try on with your gown!
We pride ourselves on getting to know you and helping you find a gown to match your personality. Begin to make yourself at home and settle in for some in depth chats so we can gauge your style. If you opt into text as you book your appointment, your consultant will reach out before to ask questions, get inspo images & answer any questions you have.

When you book an appointment with us, you can expect a 1-hour 45-minute personalized session to help you find your dream gown. Our collection features a diverse price range from $1,500 to $12,500, with the majority of gowns priced at $3,000 or less. Plus, we carry sizes 4-24 in-store and can order from size 000-38, ensuring there's something for everyone.
Our cozy viewing spaces accommodate groups of 4, 6, or 7 guests. Need more room? No problem! We recommend scheduling a weekday appointment when it's less crowded or booking a private appointment (certain days after hours) to accommodate your entourage. Just give us a call to discuss the details.
We understand that sometimes little ones need to join the party, and we welcome children at our appointments. However, we kindly request that families keep an eye on kids to ensure their safety and prevent any gown damage. Please remember that bridal shopping may be a lengthy experience and challenging for young children to sit through.
To secure your appointment, we'll add your card on file using our BridalLive system. We have a 36-hour cancellation policy: cancel more than 36 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 36 hours or on the same day will incur a $50 charge. For no-shows without prior communication, a $100 fee applies.

You are always welcome to stop by and check our availability but you are not guaranteed an appointment. We highly recommend that you book your appointment ahead of time to ensure your time slot is secured. Scheduled appointments for that day will always be attended to before any walk-in appointments.
Your free bridal appointment is scheduled for 105-minutes. For more time, call us so we can make arrangements for you.
We currently do not offer private appointments exclusively because our private bridal viewing spaces offer a similar experience to our brides. However, if you need a private viewing space due to a large entourage we may be able to accommodate you. Please call us so we can check our availability.
We ask that you limit your guests to six people with the bride. We do offer free WIFI so feel free to video in any extra loved ones who are not able to make it.
Most brides typically try on 8-12 dresses in their 105-minute appointment. There is no dress limit, however we recommend not trying on too many at one time.
Yes- if you have a short engagement without time to order a gown, we will sell you our floor sample depending on the dress and designer.
We only carry curated selection of samples from each of our designers, but we can special order other dresses from our designers’ available collections. Call or email us if you are looking for a specific dress. In some cases, we can request that the dress be sent with the next trunk show or loaned to us for your appointment at a $150 fee to cover shipping and fees from the designer. This is a non-refundable fee and is not applied to the price of the gown.
At Versailles Atelier Bridal, we're delighted to offer complimentary appointments for our brides-to-be. While we do require card information to reserve your bridal session, rest assured that our team will only use it under specific circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply communicate with us more than 36 hours before your scheduled appointment, and there will be no charges.
